If ‘girlfriend’ keyword was used for search, then ad will be shown as

Thus the use of AdWords Keyword Insertion is a good way to write effective Ad copy and make your AdWords campaign more successful. However, do not overdo the use of Keyword Insertion tool and make sure that all the keywords in your ad are closely related and fit well in keyword insertion code.
